FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW DOES ONE BOOK STEFAN THE GREAT ONE!?
The client contacts STEFAN either by filling out the contact form or by calling 818-510-1716. After it’s clear what you want and STEFAN’s available, an agreement is drawn up and a 50% deposit is made. A few days before the show you will be contacted to make sure that there are no changes to the agreement. STEFAN will arrive 30-60 minutes before the show to set-up. What’s needed is a designated area to perform and a close-by electrical outlet. STEFAN will have his own tables and sound system. The balance of the agreed amount is due BEFORE the performance.
HOW TO PAY?
STEFAN accepts credit cards, checks and cash. A PayPal invoice can be sent to make
it easy to pay over the internet either through using your PayPal account or any credit card.

IS THE AUDIENCE INVOLVED?
Of course! If it’s a children’s birthday party, the birthday child will be the STAR of the show, and even perform a trick for everyone. Also, all the children participate, whether they volunteer to help out with a trick or while sitting in the audience. In Family and Adult shows, a number of volunteers are requested. STEFAN THE GREAT ONE! never makes fun or embarrasses the person on stage. Everyone is having fun, especially the volunteer.
WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE FOR THE SHOW?
STEFAN will bring tables, sound system and all props. There needs to be a designated area (approx. 4 ft by 6 ft area) for STEFAN to perform which should also serve as an area that he can set-up and break-down his show privately. The best time for STEFAN to perform is one hour into the party and before the cake and other food is served for less distractions during the show. This will be determined beforehand.
CAN SIBLINGS AND OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS WATCH THE SHOW?
By all means, everyone is welcome! The children’s birthday show is geared toward the kids, but there’s plenty of magic and fun that older children and adults will enjoy.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS OR VIDEO?
Photos are encouraged and the hosts are notified of the best photo-ops during the show. Video can be taken for a small amount of time but the entire show can’t be videoed.

WILL STEFAN PERFORM OUTSIDE?
All shows should be planned to be indoors due to the insane Los Angeles weather and winds. Some exceptions can be made, but there needs to be shade for the audience and a plan/place to move inside, if necessary.

He will perform anywhere in the Los Angeles area. Outside of that, t
here is a standard cost per mile that is added to the cost.
